Portobello Market in Notting Hill is probably the best known street market in the world! It has such a buzz and excitement and is visited by heaps of tourists every single week. The locals are warm and friendly and the vibe is uber cool. Notting Hill is a fab place to go for a stroll and enjoy a taste of London life. Camden
Camden is a place for everyone! And such a fun place to explore! The streets are lined with punks, rockers, 9-5er’s, hipsters and the latest fashions – it’s one big melting pot of everything and anything and definitely a great place to experience as part of your London staycation. As long as you are open to something a little different!
Be sure to check out Fest in Camden Market; an all-day, all-year round former horse hospital party venue! Great for a couple’s street food lunch and glass of evening prosecco!

Durness
The Scottish Highlands has some of the most breathtakingly beautiful nature spots in the UK. Mountain walks, adventurous and picturesque rocky terrains and stunning loch views – this is just some of what the highlands can offer you for your staycation. You can enjoy the clear blue ocean from one of it’s many coastal gems – Balnakeil Beach in Durness is just one that’s worth a visit. And if you’re looking for a retreat style staycation where you can enjoy a mix of the open outdoors (walks, treks and views!) and relaxation (beaches, food and luxury) then Mackay’s boutique B&B might be the perfect place to settle for a week or even a long weekend. It really is the most idyllic setting to explore, unwind and escape the daily stresses of life!
