Planning Power Hours (2 hours)

£150 for 2 hours planning support, inc a PDF write up of recommendations afterwards

Not sure where to start? Or perhaps you need a power hour to get motivated? I will help pave the way for your wedding planning journey and will kick start your planning process. Get a clearer picture about what you want (and need), advice on what is possible, and indicative pricing teamed with unique & bespoke ideas. This service includes handpicked recommendations from my trusted circle and little black book of suppliers… plus my wealth of knowledge (from some 170+ weddings and events I have worked on to date) on what’s worked, what’s not, and what’s fun! 

Usually it’s 1 hour on a video video call plus 1 hour behind the scenes of me writing up bespoke recommendations for you.

Includes:

⭐️ A wine or a coffee if we meet in person!
⭐️ A detailed PDF debrief with ideas, recommendations and supplier contacts emailed to you afterwards.

 

 

Design + Décor Direction

£150 for an initial design concept, 2 moodboards, + recommendations
(approx 2 hours work)

If you need some professional help to get started, and find out what is possible and what suppliers can help bring your vision to life. This includes direction on where to take your ideas (as well as how to do it), two developed moodboard options, and a design brief with styling tips and supplier recommendations.

A design brief and moodboard can really bring your vision for your wedding to life, and give you direction with your planning and design concept – even if you’re not using me to help you plan the rest of your wedding! It also gives you something to show your suppliers too, so they ‘get you’. Which is something that is so valuable when face to face meetings aren’t always possible.

I am a former graduate of the Glasgow School of Art and the London College of Fashion, and draw on all manners of inspiration from the art, design, interiors and wedding world to help me build your dream day with care, consideration, and beauty.

Includes:

⭐️ A 30 min call or video call to discuss your vision, venue, and ideas.
⭐️ 2 personalised JPEG moodboards (2 different options derived from your ideas).
⭐️ A design concept and brief with styling tips and supplier recommendations to suit your vision.

 

 

Venue Dressing + Styling

from £600 for 3 hours, then £95 / hour thereafter

Let me dress your venue to perfection! I will ensure everything is perfectly in place, just so, exactly as you want it. No job is too big or too small (I can get assistants, charged at a small extra cost), from securing giant lighting and flower installations, to ensuring photos are placed in the correct order, to polishing the hurricane lanterns. I dress every wedding as if it was my own.

Includes:

⭐️ Use/supply of my trusty Expert Toolkit, which includes an actual toolkit, (hammer, nails, screwdriver, spirit level, etc), plus other wedding essentials like a staple gun, fishing wire, cable ties, white tak, sticky dots, ribbon, twine… plus loads more!
⭐️ Use/supply of my Emergency First Aid Kit, which includes plasters, dressings, bandages, safety pins, and eye pad, sterile wipes, paracetamol, and ibuprofen.

 

 

Hire a Bridesmaid

from £1,000

This service can be done undercover as a bridesmaid or can be a softer more personable version of our On The Day Coordination service behind the scenes. I will provide assistance and support to the bride and any friends and family the day before and the day of the wedding, and I will take care of all the nitty gritty ‘maids duties!

I have personally planned and worked on some 170+ weddings and events to date (under Devine Bride and as a consultant at a handful of wedding venues), and I know what’s worked, what’s not, and what’s fun!

Includes:

⭐️ Use/supply of my trusty Expert Toolkit, which includes an actual toolkit, (hammer, nails, screwdriver, spirit level, etc), plus other wedding essentials like a staple gun, fishing wire, cable ties, white tak, sticky dots, ribbon, twine… plus loads more!
⭐️ Plus a large silver cake knife for you to borrow to cut your cake, should you wish
⭐️ Use/supply of my Emergency First Aid Kit, which includes plasters, dressings, bandages, safety pins, and eye pad, sterile wipes, paracetamol, and ibuprofen.

 

 

On The Day Coordination + Month of Management

£950 for support, prep, + 8 hours on the day
(additional hours available at £95/hour)

Not just ‘on the day’…!  Prep starts a minimum of one month before, and you have support from the moment you book me.

Let me take the stress away from managing your big day. Dry hire venues are my speciality! Or I can be your coordination queen with your hosted venue; all my packages are tailored to suit each couple and wedding exactly.

It’s much more than just ‘on the day’ though; I compile your wedding brief for you and contact all your suppliers in advance to confirm timings, schedule and your exact wishes with them, eliminating the chance of any potential hiccups on the day. My motto is ‘fail to prepare, prepare to fail’ – and I am obsessively organised. I will manage your set up, manage all your suppliers and deliveries, and coordinate all of your guests. Then we will host the day for you, assisting with anything from playing the music at the town hall to coordinating the confetti shot, to assisting with room changerounds. I will prompt your MC, we will ensure the caterers are on point, and keep things running smoothly – allowing you to relax, have fun, and party! Because it actually takes a lot planning, control and finesse on the inside, to make a wedding look cool, relaxed and fun on the outside. But it’s your day, your way.

You’ve spent all this time and money planning your amazing day, I’m your right hand woman to ensure you actually enjoy it – every minute!!

Partial Planning Support

from £2,100, or £95 / hour on a monthly retainer

This service includes assistance with your complete event design and management, and a set allocation of support hours per month. I will provide reminders and suggested timelines and will set and prompt deadlines. I will prepare your wedding itinerary and brief and detailed running order. I will manage your wedding day set up, all suppliers and guest, coordinate your wedding, and host your day for you. For those who know what they want but perhaps don’t have the time to execute it.

I have personally planned and worked on some 170+ weddings and events to date (under Devine Bride and as a consultant at a handful of wedding venues), and I know what’s worked, what’s not, and what’s fun!

Includes:

⭐️ Everything noted in my On The Day Coordination Package PLUS a set allocation of planning hours per month.

⭐️ Typically this would work out at 3 hours planning support per month over 6 months = 18 hours support in total in the lead up

⭐️ Plus 8 hours on the day of the wedding

 

 

Full Planning – Complete Event Design and Management

from £5,000

This is a bespoke package of full support, from start to finish. Every wedding is different, so the price will be calculated based on your individual wedding needs, venues, locations, and budget.

Includes:

⭐️ Everything noted in my Partial Planning package PLUS full support whenever you need it.

 

 

Assistants – Ad Hoc Help and Support

£60 per hour, per assistant

One of my assistant wedding planners or assistant wedding stylists can be hired for wedmin, sourcing jobs, large set ups, any additional set up needs, for bigger changerounds, or anything else!
