Helping Hand Consultations

Need a helping hand? Or maybe you’re a bit stuck or going around in circles? Devine Brides consults to help you get back on track. We can provide guidance and direction, and we can provide extra admin support to relieve you of time pressured wedmin – so you can get back to the fun stuff. We will recommend next steps, to do lists, suppliers, and highlight any potential problem areas. Just ask, we’re here to help!

Venue Dressing & Styling

Let us dress your venue(s) to perfection. We will ensure everything is perfectly in place, just so, exactly as you want it. No job is too big or too small, from securing giant lighting and flower installations, to ensuring photos are placed in the correct order, to polishing the hurricane lanterns. We dress every wedding as if it were our own.

⭐️ Use/supply of our trusty Expert Toolkit, which includes an actual toolkit, (hammer, nails, screwdriver, spirit level, etc), plus other wedding essentials like a staple gun, fishing wire, cable ties, white tak, sticky dots, ribbon, twine… plus loads more!
⭐️ Use/supply of our Emergency First Aid Kit, which includes plasters, dressings, bandages, safety pins, and eye pad, sterile wipes, paracetamol, and ibuprofen.

Take Down Service

The last thing you want to be doing on your wedding night is safely taking down all your décor and packing it away for your suppliers. A lot of venues are very strict about this depending on your hire times – so we’re here to help! We can it for you, even if we didn’t set it up for you.

Hire a Bridesmaid

This service can be done undercover as a bridesmaid or can be a softer more personable version of our On The Day Coordination service behind the scenes. We will provide assistance and support to the bride and any friends and family the day before and the day of the wedding, and we will take care of all the nitty gritty ‘maids duties!

On The Day Coordination + Wedding Day Management

Let us take the stress away from managing your big day. Dry hire venues are our speciality! It’s much more than just ‘on the day’ though; we will compile your wedding brief for you and contact all your suppliers in advance to confirm timings, schedule and your exact wishes with them, eliminating the chance of any potential hiccups on the day. Our motto is ‘fail to prepare, prepare to fail’ – and we are obsessively organised. We will manage your set up, manage all your suppliers and deliveries, and coordinate all of your guests. Then we will host the day for you, assisting with anything from playing the music at the town hall to coordinating the confetti shot, to assisting with room changerounds. We will prompt your MC, we will ensure the caterers are on point, and keep things running smoothly – allowing you to relax, have fun, and party! Because it actually takes a lot planning, control and finesse on the inside, to make a wedding look cool, relaxed and fun on the outside. But it’s your day, your way.

⭐️ 9 hours attendance on the day

Partial Planning

This service includes management of all your suppliers, appointments, documents, and information. We will provide reminders and suggested timelines and will set and prompt deadlines. We will prepare your wedding itinerary and brief and detailed running order. We will manage your wedding day set up, all suppliers and guest, coordinate your wedding, and host your day for you. For those who know what they want but perhaps don’t have the time to execute it.

Assistants – Ad Hoc Help and Support

One of our assistant wedding planners or assistant wedding stylists can be hired for wedmin, sourcing jobs, large set ups, any additional set up needs, for bigger changerounds, or anything else!

£20/£40 per hour, per assistant
